MedMath is a medical calculator for PDAs with over 25 commonly used medical formulas and scores. This free program is available at MedMath. MedMath also allows the clinician to set units preferences, for example kg or lbs. MedMath even provides information about each equation and its origin. A positive addition to the program would be pediatric height and weight percentages and the Gail model for calculating breast cancer risk. MedMath is not quite as comprehensive as MedCalc, nor does it have the ability to store patient information. On the positive side, the screen displayed keypad made it unnecessary to use Graffiti to enter numbers.
